Located in historic downtown Rockwood, TN, this new three-story and single-story structural steel office building is the new headquarters for Rockwood Electric Utility. The new building includes a geothermal HVAC system, an efficient building envelope, and natural day-lighting to reduce reliance on electric lights. This project is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver Certification. The new façade replicates the look of the historic building that originally stood there, preserving the historic scene of Downtown Rockwood.
