Located in the Riverview Tower in downtown Knoxville, this project involved renovating two-and-a-half floors in the Riverview Tower into an IT and business consulting delivery center. The scope included demolition and reconstruction of walls, finishes, and MEP systems above, below, and adjacent to occupied office areas. Careful logistics planning and minimizing disruption to neighboring tenants were critical to the success of this project. In addition, after completion of the tenant space, a hole was cut into the slab of the higher floor space, and a steel staircase with glass rails and custom wood treads was installed connecting the two floors.
