Susan B. Bacon, Chief Financial Officer

Susan Bacon has been a valued member of the Johnson & Galyon team since 1991. She currently serves as chief financial officer and treasurer, where she is responsible for working with the company’s leadership team to ensure that all financial operations, human resources and administrative services are functioning efficiently.

Prior to joining Johnson & Galyon, Susan worked for several years in the audit divisions of two public accounting firms in Knoxville, Tenn., ultimately earning her CPA.

Susan is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Knoxville and is currently on the Knoxville Chamber Board of Directors as well as a member of the Finance Committee. She is also a board member and past treasurer of the Metropolitan Drug Commission. She and her husband, Michael, have two children, Ellen and Max.

Prior to launching her professional career, Susan was a student at the University of Tennessee, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1986, graduating with highest honors.
