Construction Closeout

While construction closeout sounds like a term associated with a project’s completion, it is a process that begins with the start of every assignment.

Our quality control program reduces “punch list” items so we can have your facility completed well within schedule.  The work of our subcontractors is completed in a timely manner so operations and maintenance manuals are finished, liens released, final payments including retention resolved and certificates of occupancy obtained.

We are proud of our work in identifying all warranty items and monitoring these for the owner’s benefit.  We provide a comprehensive list of items, contact people and expiration dates so our clients can easily review the information.

Johnson & Galyon’s staff will quickly remove field offices, ensure a clean site and terminate temporary utilities which may have been needed.  By beginning the construction closeout on “Day One” nothing is left to chance, and your project will be completed in a professional manner.
